Job Role
Conducts Quality inspections at supplier site or incoming inspections.
Raw material inspection as per quality plan.
Responsible to assure the quality on the raw materials working side by side
Participates in quality meetings with suppliers.
Aware of Supplier handling, Supplier Audit, Supplier issue resolving
Evaluates and reports on supplier performance and supports definitions of effective measures.
Provides technology support for materials or products and elaborates testing specifications.
Conducts First Article Inspection Process
Basic instruments handling - Micrometer, Vernier, Bevel, etc.
Aware of 7 QC tools, 5S activity, Kaizen, Pokayoke, Root Cause Analysis etc.
Awareness Of ISO 9001:2015 - (Quality Management System)
